Michellika runs the engine room of RideGY — the driver network, dispatch, and the day-to-day operations that keep rides moving smoothly across Guyana. She brings more than five years in the country’s transportation and logistics sector, having worked with some of Guyana’s biggest names in moving people and goods.

That ground-level experience shows in everything RideGY does. She knows Guyana’s roads, its routes, and the realities drivers face every day — and she’s built our operations around them: reliable matching, fair and on-time driver payouts, and support that actually answers. Under her leadership, RideGY pairs modern technology with a genuine, local understanding of how Guyana really moves.

Calm under pressure and relentless about getting riders and drivers what they need, Michellika is the reason a RideGY trip just works — every time, all across the country.

Marcia leads RideGY’s operations in Region 4 — Demerara-Mahaica, home to Georgetown, the East Coast and the East Bank, and the busiest roads in the country. She brings three years of experience managing operations and logistics, and she puts it to work every day: keeping drivers supported, pickups on time, and the service running the way riders expect.

She also handles RideGY’s foreign relations — our link to the world beyond Guyana. Marcia looks after the relationships that reach across borders: partners and organisations overseas, visitors arriving for the first time, and the Guyanese diaspora who want a ride they can trust for family back home. Whoever is on the other end, she makes sure working with RideGY is clear, friendly and dependable.
